Jane did an amazing job communicating with management at the Dolphin hotel in Orlando, and finding great perks like free room upgrade and early and late checkout for our group (5 adults and 4 children from 14YO to 3 months) . We even got a complimentary bottle of Spanish wine,! She also ensured the perks were received if there were any issues at the front desk, and helped us communicate to find a lost item at Disney World. The Luminous perks she arranged made our stay fabulous, and she found a beautiful room for us that hadn't been available to book when I went directly into the reservation website on my own. It was definitely a huge benefit working with her. Even though Jane's main focus is creating adventure travel packages, she created a fabulous experience for us at the Dolphin and Swan at Disney World. Thank you, Jane!
