I highly recommend working with Jane. Having never used a travel agent before, I was nervous about giving up control over decisions and the time it would take to go back and forth with options. Jane allayed these concerns by being a great listener, very responsive, and providing just the right amount of structure to keep the planning process going while ensuring it would lead to the type of trip I was looking for. I couldn't be happier with the itinerary we came up with and would definitely work with Jane again!
