For travelers seeking a completely personalized experience, I offer custom itinerary design built entirely around your interests, pace, and style of travel.Fees vary based on the length and complexity of the trip, the level of customization and research required, and the number of travelers.

Here’s a general guide to typical pricing for custom trip design:

• $500 – For shorter, less complex trips with fewer moving parts.
  Examples: 4–5 days in a single destination, such as a long weekend getaway or a focused experience like a city escape or nature retreat.

• $750–$1,000 – For more detailed, multi-stop trips that include custom experiences and logistical coordination.
  Examples: 6–10 days across 2–3 destinations with tailored activities, guides, and special experiences.

• $1,000+ – For highly customized journeys that involve intricate logistics, multiple destinations, and extensive personalization.
  Examples: 10+ days, often multi-country, combining culture, food, and adventure experiences.

*The design fee covers the research, planning, and creative design of your trip and is separate from any travel bookings. It is non-refundable, as it reflects the time and expertise that go into crafting each itinerary.

1. Initial Consultation: I’ll begin with a 30-minute video chat to get to know each other and better understand your travel style and what you have in mind for the trip. 

2. Tailored Proposal: I’ll present you with a personalized proposal that includes a detailed draft of your itinerary including a pricing estimate.

3. Refining the Plan: I’ll collaborate with you to finalize the plan, including details such as transfers, rental cars, and travel insurance to ensure everything is well-organized. 

4. Booking & Final Touches: With everything in place, I’ll book your arrangements - let the anticipation begin!

5. Ongoing Support: I remain available throughout your trip to assist with any issues that may arise. Whether it's a last-minute change in plans or guidance on an unexpected situation, I'll support you every step of the way. You'll be able to enjoy your incredible travel experience with complete peace of mind.
